Experience anxiety

The constant fear of forgetting something important or failing at a task can take a toll through heightened anxiety and sometimes, depression.

Many adults with Dyspraxia use a combination of calendars, alarms and professional organisers to help them keep track of their tasks and organise their day. They form a habit of recording everything and referring to it regularly.

Those with Dyspraxia also make use of speech-to-text software to help them manage writing and typing tasks and sometimes, to help them organise their thoughts.
